The Team
ALL ABOUT CLINT
With more than two decades of hands-on experience, Clint is the driving force behind The GOAT Construction Co. and the technical backbone of Avira Projects. His career is defined by precision, mastery, and an unwavering commitment to delivering premium-quality builds that stand the test of time.
Clint began his career in 2003 as a cabinet maker, developing a deep appreciation for millimetre-perfect workmanship and the impact of refined detail. In 2009, he became a fully qualified carpenter and quickly advanced into senior site roles with Hutchinson Builders, contributing to major commercial and residential projects such as the Ipswich Coles Shopping Centre rebuild, Ipswich Fire Station, portable mining accommodation, and multi-residential developments.
He later stepped into management roles with CDJV and WDS, overseeing significant mining infrastructure projects across Queensland, managing large crews, multidisciplinary contractors, compliance, and high-risk works.
By the age of 30, Clint had completed four trade certificates — a testament to his drive for mastery across multiple disciplines.
In 2015, Clint founded The GOAT Construction Co. with a mission to deliver exceptional construction outcomes through integrity, skill, and a personalised client experience. His leadership style is hands-on, detail-driven, and rooted in the belief that quality is never accidental.
Today, Clint is recognised for his expertise in premium residential construction, complex builds, and architecturally driven projects. Clients value Clint’s leadership, meticulous approach, and ability to guide every aspect of a build with confidence and technical excellence.
ALL ABOUT LIBBY
With a career built across high-level government, university research, and construction project management, Libby brings a rare combination of strategic insight, operational strength, and analytical depth to Avira Projects.
Libby began her career in the Queensland Premier’s Office after completing university, working across strategic policy development, research and data analysis, performance reporting, and supporting CEO-level leadership forums. In this fast-paced, high-pressure environment, she built expertise in interpreting complex information, managing competing priorities, and delivering clear, actionable outcomes — skills that saw her rapidly promoted. Her capability also earned her a secondment to the Australian Government in the Prime Minister’s Office, where precision, confidentiality, and high-level strategic thinking were essential.
After relocating to the Gold Coast, Libby joined Bond University’s Research Office, where she oversaw extensive government reporting, research performance analytics, and policy development. This role strengthened her ability to manage large datasets, produce high-quality compliance reporting, and ensure institutional alignment with national research frameworks.
For the past decade, Libby has been a key leader within The GOAT Construction Co., working as a project manager overseeing clients, consultants, subcontractors, bookkeeping, invoicing, government documentation, and day-to-day operational management. Her transition into construction was seamless — her analytical mindset, organisational mastery, and strategic approach quickly became integral to the smooth delivery of complex residential and commercial projects.
Today, Libby brings this powerful combination of policy expertise, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on project leadership to Avira Projects. She leads research, feasibility analysis, partner coordination, project planning, and operational strategy, ensuring every Avira development is grounded in strong commercial logic, refined design intent, and a disciplined approach from concept to completion.
Libby’s ability to blend creativity with rigorous analysis gives Avira a distinct competitive advantage — shaping developments that are not only beautifully designed, but strategically positioned and commercially resilient.
